Christmas training will have two parts.

The first one from 18:00 to 19:30 will be a workshop with Betka Ticha on aerial rope and silks. It will be focused mainly on dynamic movements and manipulation with aerial apparatus.

 

The second part from 19:30 to 21:00 will be a jam where all participants can share their aerial experiences. You can use silks, ropes, hoops, trapeze, anything that can be in the air. 

All training we can drink some Christmas tea together.
